2.1. The Platform operates on a public blockchain. By nature, this means:

• Your wallet address is publicly visible when you interact with our smart contracts
• Transaction details, including minting activities, are permanently recorded on the blockchain
• NFT ownership and transfer history are publicly accessible information

2.2. This information is inherent to blockchain technology and is not collected, controlled, or maintained by us.

• Wallet addresses
• User interaction data:
  • We may collect information about how you use the Platform, including your wallet address, access times, visited web pages, features you interact with, links you click, and search queries you make, to improve and enhance the user experience of the Services.
  • Usage information also includes IP addresses, general location or geographic information, use or presence of a VPN, and other information about your usage of, and actions or behaviors on, the Platform.

We do not collect or store:

• Personal identification information or personally identifiable information
• Email addresses
• Names or contact details
• Financial information
• Private keys or wallet credentials

Data Usage and Storage

• Collected data is used to facilitate minting, enhance user experience and support, verify and process transactions, for analytical purposes, and for site functionality.
• We may share collected data with third parties for analytics and security compliance.
• Stored data is kept as long as necessary for the purposes outlined and is deleted upon request or when no longer needed.
• Legal, compliance, fraud prevention, and safety. We may share your information for compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes. Notwithstanding anything contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or a legal or government request, or to protect the safety, property, or rights of Flamingo DAO, Tribute Labs, Inc., or others.
• Children. This Platform is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. To use the Platform, you must be legally able to agree to and accept this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child, without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, we will delete it. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected the personal information of a child, they may contact our service provider, Tribute Labs, at legal@tributelabs.xyz, and we will remove the personal information.

4.1. To interact with our Platform, you must connect a compatible wallet. This connection:

• Only provides us with your public wallet address
• Does not grant us access to your private keys or wallet contents
• Is necessary to verify eligibility and process minting transactions

4.2. You can disconnect your wallet at any time, though this will prevent you from interacting with the Platform.

5.1. Our smart contracts are publicly visible and auditable on the blockchain.

5.2. Smart contract interactions are processed automatically and transparently according to their coded logic.

5.3. We do not maintain any private records of smart contract interactions beyond what is publicly available on the blockchain.

6.1. Our Platform may interact with third-party services for:

• Blockchain network infrastructure

• Smart contract interactions
